What data we collect

Why we process it (purposes and legal basis)

  • To reply to your enquiries and manage the commercial relationship: consent and/or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a)(b) GDPR).
  • Site security, spam and fraud prevention, correct functioning: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Legal and tax obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention

Contact data are kept for up to 24 months after your request is handled, unless a longer period is required by law; then they are deleted or anonymised.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) and by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website, acting as data processors. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services and transfers

The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA); it may process technical data such as your IP address under Google’s privacy terms, and transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The location map is served by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom), which receives your IP address to deliver the map images under its own privacy terms; the United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
